Fusion Diet Systems Vegan Almond Chia Smoothie

1 scoop Fusion Diet Systems Vegan Pea Protein
1 banana (frozen)
1 tablespoon cashew or almond butter
1 tablespoon chia seeds
¾ cup almond milk
1 tsp sacha inchi powder
Crushed Ice to Desired Thickness

1) Add all ingedients into the blender, and blend until smooth!
2) Top with more chia seeds and coconut whipped cream
3) ENJOY!

Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie

1 scoop Fusion Diet Systems Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Pea Protein
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
1 tbsp ground flax seed
1 tbsp coconut cream
Crushed Ice to Desired Thickness

1) To get coconut cream, leave can of coconut cream in the fridge over night to separate the cream from the water. Open can and pour out coconut water/milk (can be collected and stored for later use)
2) Take one tbsp of the cream and place in the blender, and safe the rest of the cream in an airtight container in the fridge.
3) Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth
4) ENJOY!

Fusion Diet Systems Vegan Strawberry Shortcake Pea Protein Smoothie

2 scoops Fusion Diet Systems Strawberry Shortcake Vegan Pea Protein
1 cup of fresh sweet uncut strawberries
1 cup of vanilla cashew milk
1 tsp of ground cinnamon
1 tsp shcha inci powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Crushed Ice to Desired Thickness

1) Simply combine all ingredients EXCEPT for strawberries in a blender
2) Blend until almost smooth and add strawberries
3) Blend until strawberries are shopped, but not mushy
4) ENJOY!
