2 Scoops Fusion Diet Systems Vanilla Cinnamon Protein Powder
2 tbs Almond Flour
2 tbs Coconut Flour
1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Sea Salt
2-3 tbs Molasses/Agave/Honey
1 Egg/ 3 Egg Whites / 2 Flax Eggs
1 tbs Melted Coconut Oil
1 -2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
3 tsp. Cinnamon
2-4 tbs Swerve (Stevia/ Erythritol mix)
Mix dry ingredients; protein powder, almond flour, coconut flour, cream of tartar, baking powder and sea salt.
In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients: Molasses, egg, melted coconut oil, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Combine and blend wet and dry ingredients together (do NOT over mix)
Allow dough to chill (harden the coconut oil and molasses) in fridge.
Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray or parchment paper
Roll dough into golf ball sized balls
Combine cinnamon and swerve together on a plate or bowl
Roll in cinnamon/swerve mixture
Place round cookies balls on baking sheet
Form cookie into round flat “cookie” shape Bake for ~8-10 minutes, or until tops are barely begining to brown (DO NOT OVER COOK!)
